Eli Advances at Alert

It is so exciting to go to an Alert advancement.  The precision our sons learn in marching and doing tasks is exciting to see.  We had not seen Eli since he left and we are only allowed 2 phone calls.  It is a growing process for everyone in involved but it is a good thing too.

Above they are showing a pulley system and how it works with a team.

When our sons meet up with us, each one of them has clung to dad!  It is such a beautiful thing which I attribute to the work my husband does with each of them through the Alert Cadet program.  They have been going to camps and growing in leadership as well as bonds for a long time.  My husband is amazing at sowing into our sons.

There precision in marching is amazing on the parade field.

Our sons know folks on campus and are eager to meet up again!

On stage, the presentation includes singing, reciting 1 Timothy and receiving awards.

Our breakfast crew on the way home!  There are some sleepy eyes there!

It is always an adventure traveling back and forth across the country.  Our children have benefited from the programs offered and we are always eager to join up with them!
