Happy New Year!

The Reynolds invited us over to their place for New Years.  We have never been to a party quite like this one.  We spent the whole evening playing games, eating and having fun.  Even our dogs came!  We spent the night-they fit our whole family in their boys room!  It was amazing.  They paid attention to all the details.  It was very humbling!

The next day, we had breakfast together, sand, fellowshiped and talked about each of our wishes for the new year.  Dawn made lists and sent them out.  It has been fun to pray over each others family goals for the year.

                                                   Sweet times and even better memories made.

Family Christmas

Gathering as a family is such a special treat!  I cherish these times and it is so fun to see how everyone has grown!  The kids exchange gifts with one another each year and have a small limit that they can spend.  This was probably one of the most creative years we have ever had.  The each put lots of thought into the gifts given and it made it very special.  Darrell and I cook for everyone and so we have fellowship around the table too.  It is a beautiful gift to both of us to watch our sweet family enjoy their time together.

Christmas Party-BL style

Our Bright Lights party started off with family photos.  We played outdoor games which were very competitive with all of the brothers there-look out girls.  Such sweet friendships have formed between each of the families.

We had a gift exchange that had to be made by our own hands--quite the challenge for us to organize! 

                              Look at all those kids!  So fun to consider their futures!  Loving it all!
